Taking by Storm
Advertisements in the Great War (1914-1918)
During the war, the role of advertising in shaping public opinion increased. His task was expanded with propaganda and political agitation. Exhibitions and charity events were advertised en masse, and the encouragement of military loans and the supply of metal objects, fabrics and rubber materials were encouraged. Advertising remained advertising even in the midst of the most tragic events of the war.
